Is buying a Honda Civic EX wih 64,000 miles from a single owner @ $10,000 a good deal in OH?
The owner said that it is equipped with most of the options including – automatic transmission, auto window/mirrors, moonroof etc. and was said the tires were replaced only a while ago.
Has got all the maintenance records and a clean title (no accident record).
Known defects : The A/C isn’t working right now and will take $350 worth of maintenance; There’s a small scratch at the back of the car.
The asking price of owner is $11,500 but I’m thinking of negotiating it upto $10k (or below that $9k). I also checked KBB for approximate pricing and found out to be close to owner’s asking price.
Let me know what you think of this deal. Sweet or sour?
